14th-July-2018: RSSforStaticTiddlyWiki, Atom feed dev

At first I was using this article as an example atom feed for producing the atom template, but it was too simple/limited in scope. A bigger spec for atom feeds is found here, and the code that I was working from before seems to have been copied from there.

Below is the example atom feed given in the previous link. It contains lots of rich metadata, and I'm unsure how I should fill this in. Permalinks, for instance, have me a bit worried. I'm wondering whether I might be able to get assistance with filling in the gaps from the folks in the TiddlyWiki Google group.
